Your tasks
• Analysis of (escalated) customer requirements / problems and development of solution proposals
• Technical support of customers and partners by phone, email, whatsapp, TeamViewer
• Troubleshoot and repair of 3D printing systems at customer sites
Your profile
• Completed study program (Bachelor, Master) or apprenticeship
Department: Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

• Very good English skills

• Strong self-initiative and independent working method
