14th PhD & DLA Symposium
The Miklós Iványi International PhD & DLA Symposium is organized because it is thought that PhD & DLA students in engineering, architecture and information technology areas need a special forum in addition to their PhD & DLA programmes to present the results of their ongoing research. The past International PhD Symposia were organized between 2005-2017 and it will be important to continue this tradition. In 2014, after the death of Prof. Miklós Iványi, to honor his vision and contribution to the Symposium it has been renamed to Miklós Iványi International PhD & DLA Symposium.
Objectives of the PhD Symposium
- to provide a forum for PhD & DLA students in engineering, architectural and information technology areas to present the progress of their work,
- to discuss the results of the ongoing PhD & DLA studies in order to support the future activity,
- to give the opportunity for PhD & DLA students to establish contact for international communication,
- to compare PhD & DLA studies in various countries.
